• Independent planning, control, and monitoring of transports in the national environment
• You act as a central hub between internal departments and external transport partners, thereby coordinating the entire dispatch process
• Ensuring timely and cost-optimized transport handling
• Monitoring transport orders in the ERP system including feedback and status control
• Creation and checking of freight and accompanying documents
• Control, approval, and billing of freight invoices
• Proactive problem solving in case of deviations, customer inquiries, and complaints

• Completed commercial training or training in logistics/freight forwarding
• Several years of experience in dispatch or transport logistics is an advantage
• IT affinity and confident handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office
• Strong organizational skills, resilience, and quick decision-making ability
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer-oriented thinking
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, Italian and French are a plus
