The Alterszentrum Region Bülach Foundation includes 170 care places and 66 senior apartments at six different locations, Spitex services, as well as a public restaurant. With around 350 employees, our foundation is one of the larger employers in the Zurich lowlands.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Employee Operations Maintenance & Technology (80-100%)
starting in January or by arrangement.
In this versatile role, you will work together with the team to ensure that our infrastructure reliably functions in the background – thereby making an important contribution to a safe and familiar home in old age.

Your daily routine with us
- You ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure – from maintenance and repair work to the care of outdoor facilities to the management of technical systems
- You prepare rooms including technology and furniture, support events, and take on internal transport tasks
- You maintain inventory and documentation and support first-level IT support if needed
What you bring with you
- A completed basic vocational training EFZ (e.g., operations maintenance, sanitary, carpentry, horticulture, or comparable) and technical understanding (HVAC, building automation)
- Team-oriented, flexible, and service-oriented personality
- IT affinity, willingness to work occasional weekends, and a category B driving license
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
