What to expect
- As a logistics specialist, you have the opportunity to gain initial leadership experience in an exciting and dynamic environment
- The Goods Controlling & Intake department, with a total of one team lead, two deputies, and 45 employees, is responsible for the efficient handling of goods receipt processes
- Together with two other deputy team leads, you report to the team lead Goods Controlling & Intake and are their right hand
- You support your team lead in managing the employees and thus ensure a smooth, cross-shift operation of daily business
- You pass on your expertise to new employees with competence and intuition, contributing to the flawless handling of logistics orders
- By actively participating in daily business, you are always at the pulse of events and, together with your team, ensure compliance with our delivery promise

What you bring
- Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics
- Professional experience in a modern production or logistics environment
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and working in a highly dynamic environment
- Organizational skills and networked thinking combined with stress resistance
- Proactive attitude, flexibility for changing shifts, and high service orientation
- Very good German skills and a clean criminal record
- User knowledge in Outlook and experience working with warehouse management systems
- Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts (early shift approx. 06:00 – 15:30, late shift approx. 13:00 – approx. 22:00, as well as seasonal Saturday deployments)
