- Management of your own area in professional, personnel, and organizational terms
- Ensuring demand-oriented and high-quality service

Your qualifications
- Certified nursing professional (FH / HF, DN II or equivalent training)
- Leadership training and proven leadership experience
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing field
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Resilient, flexible, and communicative personality
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good IT skills and administrative abilities
- Good French skills or willingness to further develop them
- Own car
