Your task

Holistic and process-oriented care and support of our residents
Main responsibility for the nursing process and case management in the residential area
Promotion and support of nursing staff regarding the nursing process
Ensuring the flawless use of interRAI LTCF CH
Implementation of the nursing process and participation in direct care

Our requirements

Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
Diploma in nursing HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized diploma)
Further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete it
Solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
Very good oral and written German skills
Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
