- musical arrangement of half of the Sunday and holiday services
- Casual services (billed separately)
- Organization of guest musicians / soloists
- Accompaniment of soloists and organization of concerts
- Organization and implementation of intergenerational singing projects
- Collaboration with pastors and catechists
- Openness to various liturgical forms and music styles
- Familiarity with the Evangelical Reformed Church and the Christian faith
- Initiative and flexibility
- Enjoyment of working with laypeople and children
- Independent work in the musical field
- Working conditions according to cantonal church regulations
- Church community with a joy for music and singing
- Open-minded church council and committed staff team
- E-piano and organ (Kuhn, II / 12 registers)
