WinGD is looking for a

Senior FP&A Controller

Responsibilities:

• Business partner for business units and global functions; recommendations for actions to improve profitability, liquidity, and ROI
• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting; alignment with strategy and operational plans
• Regular business reporting, KPIs, and dashboards; conduct variance analyses and detailed performance analyses
• Develop and maintain a framework for business cases (projects, investments)
• Control budget availability: review PR/POs against approved budgets at cost center and project level (OPEX/FTE/CAPEX)
• Monitor approval processes according to the company’s DoA
• Drive process improvements within the area of responsibility
• Ensure documentation of controlling processes
• Design and maintain controlling data models in SAP/BI; maintain actual vs. plan structures and mapping with accounting.
• Support and coach a junior controller

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience in controlling/FP&A; SAP FI/CO (PS/IO/CC/PC) and Power BI/Excel skills.
• Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and accounting; fluent German and English skills.
• Industry background preferred
