About the job
Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age.
The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.
At the location in Gümligen, we are looking for a
Your tasks – varied and responsible:
- Ensuring individual and professional care and support of our residents
- Organization and coordination of workflows and activities
- Assistance with care assessment (RAI)
- Regular assumption of daily responsibility
- Participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapies, activation as well as case management
- Co-responsibility for implementing good care quality in the residential group and the Q group
- Support of our training supervisors in the training of apprentices
Your profile – personal and professional:
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification with corresponding SRK recognition
- Great empathy in caring for and supporting our residents
- Teamwork skills
- Joy in improving and implementing care quality
- Good oral and written German skills
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
