Working Student Business Support Group HR, 40-50% (m/f/d)

As a working student in the Business Support area, you support our Group HR team in the smooth management of daily business. You take on administrative and organizational tasks in operational management, projects, and HR-based reporting & analytics. With your commitment, you actively contribute to ensuring that meetings, workshops, and projects run in a structured manner.

• You support the HR team in daily business and administrative tasks
• You organize and accompany meetings and workshops, manage and track open to-dos
• You check and process invoices
• You assist in creating presentations (PowerPoint)

• You are at the beginning of your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies and already have practical experience in everyday office work
• You have a structured, reliable, and independent way of working, possess organizational talent, and an eye for detail
• You are technology-savvy and confident in using digital tools
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Teams, Confluence
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
