Your tasks
- Senior medical management of a gerontopsychiatric ward focusing on dementia diseases, delirium, and organic disorders. Management is carried out in close cooperation with the senior physician of the gerontopsychotherapeutic ward and in tandem with the nursing team leader
- Control and conceptual further development of the medical-therapeutic offerings and corresponding processes
- Participation in personnel development including ensuring specialist training
- Representation of the clinic internally and externally as well as maintenance and expansion of existing cooperations and networks
- Participation in clinic management and close cooperation with other departments
Your profile
- You have completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or neurology or are in advanced training
- You present yourself empathetically, reliably, and friendly towards patients and staff of all professional groups, are a team player, and willing to take on leadership responsibility
