<h2>Your mission</h2><ul><li>Deliver support and expertise on any topic related to CITES, HS codes, Import/Export, Preferential origin, Hallmarking, Made-In…</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Act as an expert regarding challenges related to implementation and application of complex flows and the use of information system; liaise with Group Tech for the content, coordination and test execution of maintenance cycles and releases</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Contribute to the evolution of the system (enhancement requests) and Supply Chain processes (project mode)</li><li>Develop dashboards, monitor regulations, identify & analyze impact on distribution flows</li><li>Provide and clarify regulatory requirements to the stakeholders (manufacturing, logistics, Supply Chain, markets) to help them implement the best solutions</li><li>Animate rituals with the stakeholders to strengthen the information exchanges</li><li>Lead or contributes to continuous improvement initiatives</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Define the framework: context, objectives, KPIs and target process</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Animate the initiative through stakeholders and experts’ alignment</li><li>Coordinate the implementation of the solutions: ensure follow up of all the phases through communication and documentation </li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br /></p><h2>Your profile</h2><ul><li>Engineering or master's degree </li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in regulatory field within Manufacturing, Logistics or Supply Chain</li><li>Experience in an international company with a multi-site’s organization<strong> </strong></li><li>Knowledge of various regulations like CITES, HS codes, Import/Export, FTA, Hallmarking, Made-In…</li><li>Experience on SAP SD, MM or MDM modules</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, PBI or Looker </li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and synthetic skills</li><li>Pragmatism, result oriented</li><li>Adaptability to interact within a complex matrix organization</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Very good oral and written communication skills in French & English</li></ul>
