• Sales and distribution in internal sales
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and establishing new customer contacts through targeted acquisition, as well as their documentation
• Assisting in conducting market analyses to identify current trends and price developments and to forecast future market developments
• Assisting in ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and efficient handling of inquiries and complaints
• Coordinating deliveries with in-house logistics and the logistics partner
• Internal specialist for marketing & communication with all associated tasks such as: maintenance and further development of our website and Instagram channels, production of print and digital graphics, maintenance of internal communication channels, handling sponsorship requests, supporting sales campaigns in all areas

• Completed commercial basic training (KV) or a comparable qualification
• Completed training or further education in marketing and communication
• Strong flair for sales, marketing, and communication
• Structured, independent, responsible, and forward-looking way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with numbers as well as a good understanding of numbers
• Confident handling of all Microsoft applications, as well as graphic tools like Canva
