Task

How you advance KPMG

• Participate in multidisciplinary turnaround & restructuring mandates in a dynamic environment


• Conduct financial analyses and prepare decision-making bases for senior management (board of directors, management, etc.)


• Support the preparation and review of short-term liquidity plans as well as integrated turnaround and business plans


• Accompany companies as Lead Advisor in the implementation of financial restructurings and turnaround programs


• Prepare complex financial analyses clearly and precisely, supplemented by qualitative comments and recommendations for reporting


• Work closely with colleagues from the Deal Advisory team to develop holistic solutions

Why you are successful

• Master's degree (university/FH) in economics, accounting, corporate finance, or a comparable field of study


• Initial professional experience in consulting in the areas of turnaround & restructuring, M&A/corporate finance, auditing, or management consulting at a Big 4 or another strategy or management consultancy


• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as strong commitment


• Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and team-oriented personality


• Interest in complex corporate situations and enjoyment of project-oriented work


• Excellent German and fluent English skills
