- Advising and supporting our patients and
their relatives in difficult
life situations involving social matters - Arranging the necessary social services related to the illness / accident as well as the hospital stay and discharge
- Maintaining and promoting cooperation with
other social institutions, regional social services, and senior or disability homes
Your skills
- tertiary degree in social work or
equivalent university education - professional experience in a similar institution is an advantage
- balanced personality who remains calm and composed in hectic
situations and demonstrates strong social skills - high willingness to provide services
