Kartause Ittingen is one of the leading seminar and cultural centers in Switzerland. Our guests have access to a hotel with 68 rooms, a restaurant and banquet area with around 1,000 seats, and 22 seminar rooms with up to 450 seats. In a unique historical setting, we offer an incomparable framework for a variety of social events.

Your tasks:

Creation of a high-quality and outstanding product range

Production of desserts for the à la carte area

Production of high-quality breads and various baked goods such as cakes and pastries

Your profile:

A completed apprenticeship as a baker / confectioner / chocolatier EFZ

Professional experience in an establishment with a wide range of offerings

Quality and cost awareness

Willingness to work flexibly as needed

Open, motivated, and team-oriented personality

Creativity and attention to detail
