We are recruiting a full-time intern for a duration of 6 months starting from spring 2026. The remuneration complies with the CCNT, meals are provided, and there is no accommodation possibility.
GOURMET BROTHERS IS MADE FOR YOU:
You are a student in a Swiss hotel management Bachelor program (EHL, Glion, Les Roches, HES…) or in an equivalent training in catering/service.
You are comfortable with customer contact, you are rigorous, motivated, and ready to learn on the job.
You master French and are able to hold a conversation in English (minimum B1).
You are dynamic, smiling, appreciate teamwork, and have a sense of well-done service.
You want to learn in a professional, caring, and training environment.
You are autonomous and appreciate teamwork.

YOUR TASKS:
Welcome customers, seat and advise them professionally by applying the Group’s standards.
Participate in table service (sending orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar).
Ensure the setup and resetting of the dining room and terrace before and after service.
Ensure service quality (timing, presentation, fluidity) and compliance with hygiene standards.
Be proactive: contribute to improving the customer experience.
Contribute to good collaboration with the kitchen.
PROFILE SOUGHT:
Student in hotel school, training in catering.
Good communicator, rigorous and passionate.
Mastery of French, English B1 minimum, a third language is an asset.
First experience in catering is welcome.
INTERNSHIP LOCATIONS
Pavillon Barton in Geneva: a modern and sunny Basque kitchen, between elegance and authenticity.
Casa Lulia in Nyon: a colorful and generous Italian table.
Port Gitana in Bellevue: a chic lakeside brasserie, between lake and mountains.
Each intern is assigned to a single establishment for the entire duration of the internship to ensure a complete and coherent immersion.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
An initial exchange with Florie, our People & Culture Manager, to get to know each other.
An interview via video or in town (whichever suits you) with the establishment director to understand your expectations and skills.
Assignment of the internship location according to your profile.
