Responsible Officer

Traffic Office | 80-100 % | Chur

The Traffic Office is responsible for the admission to traffic of vehicles, drivers, and boats, for the periodic inspection of vehicles and boats, for issuing administrative measures against drivers who have committed offenses, as well as for the taxation and collection of traffic taxes.

For the Traffic Office /Department of Justice, Security and Health, we are looking for a responsible officer for admission to traffic starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Tasks

Independent processing of cases in the area of admission of persons and vehicles to road traffic
Handling a variety of administrative activities
Processing written and telephone inquiries from our users
Personal consultation for our users at the counter

What we expect from you

Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Enjoyment in contact with users and good sensitivity in dealing with people
Confidence in oral and written expression
Strong ability to work in a team and flexibility
Familiarity with common IT tools
Good knowledge of Italian is desirable
