As a People Partner, you are the strategic and operational People & Culture contact person for the Heerbrugg, SG location. You work closely with the line in a clearly vertically organized structure and ensure that global P&C strategies are consistently, effectively, and business-near locally implemented.
You act as a sparring partner for leaders, manage people topics along the entire employee lifecycle, and connect local business needs with global P&C and TA structures.

- End-to-end responsibility for People & Culture topics at the Heerbrugg, SG location with strong business presence
- Translation and operational implementation of global P&C frameworks and guidelines in a complex, vertically organized environment
- Consulting and sparring with senior-level leaders, especially on organizational, performance, change, and employee relations topics
- Active demand management towards global P&C and TA functions including prioritization, expectation management, and escalation
- Management of local workforce and talent topics including succession planning, talent development, and leadership enablement
- Assessment of workforce trends and derivation of local initiatives with measurable business impact
- Ensuring consistent policy application considering Swiss labor law
- Close collaboration with global people partners, TA, HR services, and other stakeholders
What defines you
- Several years of solid experience in a senior HR business partner / people partner role, ideally in an internationally positioned company
- Proven experience in vertical, line-driven organizational structures (e.g., industry, engineering, manufacturing, technology, operations)
- Very good understanding of business dynamics, decision-making paths, and leadership logics in complex organizations
- High consulting competence and assertiveness on equal footing with senior leaders
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as experience dealing with demanding employee relations topics
- Structured, confident working style with a clear focus on prioritization and impact
- Willingness to work mostly on-site in Heerbrugg, SG
- Very good German and English skills
