Responsibilities
- Perform testing of samples linked to operations, validation, utilities, and environmental monitoring.
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the transfer, development, and validation of analytical methods, including equipment qualification.
- Manage the maintenance, calibration, and use of laboratory equipment.
- Engage in the training and assessment of new hires.
- Develop and revise guidance documents such as SOPs, WIs, and other related documentation.
- Support the QC Support team during the project phase by managing material orders and inventory for the QC laboratories.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in chemical or biochemical laboratories including experience in a regulated GMP environment
- Strong ability to coordinate method transfers and equipment validation.
- Expertise in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
- Proficiency in educating and guiding incoming team members.
- Proficiency in crafting and updating SOPs and other regulatory documents.
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
- Fluent level of English is a must and intermediate level of German would be preferred.
