Internal Sales Advisor Civil Engineering Materials 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Process orders in the fields of materials (civil engineering, outdoor landscaping and building)
- Monitor market and competition trends in these business areas
- Advise our customers and provide optimal solutions to their requests
- Ensure order follow-up in close collaboration with external sales
- Maintain a solid and trustworthy partnership with suppliers
- Work closely with purchasers
- Ensure versatility within the team
- Occasionally participate in external and internal events
- Various administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a profession related to civil engineering, outdoor landscaping or building or
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce/sales
- Ideally, experience in the construction materials trade
- Have sales aptitude and administrative skills
- Strong customer orientation and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent prioritisation skills
- Proficient with common IT tools
- Punctual, dynamic and motivated person, comfortable with direct and telephone contact
- Able to work independently while easily integrating into a team
- Knowledge of German is a plus
