For the evening shift team, we are looking from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Nursing professionals HF, (40 - 70%), temporarily as sick leave and maternity leave replacement who take care of clients in the entire care area of Spitex Region Schaffhausen in the evening.

- you carry out medically prescribed measures as well as nursing and therapeutic activities with the clients in the evening.
- you respond professionally and thoughtfully in emergency situations and take responsibility for clear communication.
- you bear the evening responsibility and the on-call duty of the evening.
- you coordinate, document, and evaluate the nursing process correctly.
- you commit yourself to effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
You are successful here
- because you have a solid education with an HF nursing diploma.
- thanks to at least two years of practical professional experience in the field of psychiatry or somatics.
- by always keeping your expertise up to date.
- because you enjoy and are interested in complex, rapidly changing situations as well as organizational, coordinative, and administrative tasks.
- because you possess high professional and social competence in caring for people.
- thanks to good IT skills, InterRAI experience, and ideally Spitex experience.
- because you are flexible and like to work independently.
- by being able to present a category B driving license.
