Your area of responsibility

Acquisition and handling of sales or purchase mandates
Valuation of properties
Creation of property-specific marketing concepts
Support of potential customers in the search and purchase process
Representation of Swiss Life Immopulse in the real estate business
Brokerage of insurance transactions and mortgages (cross-selling)

Your strengths

Several years (at least 2 years) of proven experience as a real estate agent
Very good German skills, additional national language(s) advantageous
Excellent communication skills, strong sales competence and consistent customer orientation
High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, goal- and performance-oriented way of working
Resilience, sociability and confident appearance
