Coordinator Manor Envol Program 50% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Coordinator Manor Envol Program, 50%. starting from 01.07.2025, for a permanent contract, at the Geneva site.

Your responsibilities

You recruit Manor Envol interns
You organize the welcome and integration of interns
You ensure the follow-up of the internship and training of participants
You establish an internship program tailored to the profile and department
You plan the training and organize sales coaching with debriefing for participants and track the progress of each intern
You perform administrative tasks related to the internship (management of MMT certificates, statistical follow-up, preparation of work and internship certificates, internship evaluation)

Your profile

You hold a sales manager CFC or equivalent experience
You have confirmed experience in a sales position
Ideally, you have experience in a similar role
You possess good interpersonal skills (listening, empathy, diplomacy)
You know how to train others and have a real pedagogical sense
You are organized and rigorous, and you are tenacious and resilient to stress
