Preparation of dishes under the guidance of the Chef de Partie

Preparation of the daily mise en place

Cooking the dishes

Keeping the station clean

Compliance with HACCP standards

Co-responsible for the cleanliness of the station

🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Cook EFZ/completed vocational training

Several years of professional experience

Fluent German or English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage

Care and accuracy in maintaining hygiene standards

Neat appearance

Team player
