Real Estate Expert (m/f) 60 - 100 %

Your tasks:

• Assessment and valuation of construction projects, real estate and real estate portfolios for financing purposes
• Assessment of complex construction projects regarding rentability and marketability
• Monitoring the national real estate market with a special focus on the effects of the mortgage portfolio of Glarner Kantonalbank
• Carrying out control and monitoring activities
• Ensuring internal real estate valuation and real estate market expertise with support of the valuation models used

Your profile:

• Advanced professional training or many years of practical experience with proof of performance
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation using different methodological approaches as well as real estate market analysis
• In-depth knowledge of the macroeconomic and model-technical contexts relevant to real estate valuation
• Experience in assessing construction cost plans and monitoring construction progress
• Experience in portfolio-based real estate analyses
• Strong analytical thinking skills, structured, result-oriented and entrepreneurial working style as well as high commitment
