Architect 80-100%

We are looking for an architect at the Sursee location who has experience in leading interdisciplinary planning teams. Our ambitions are implemented in a project-based activity in a dynamic environment with frequent interfaces to architects, engineering offices, suppliers, and the client, taking on a key role in project planning. 

Your field of activity

• Further development and specification of the project strategy for the planning phase
• Overall responsibility for the timely, financial, and qualitative control of the planning
• Leadership and coordination of internal as well as external planner teams (architects, engineers, specialist planners, specialists)
• Management of the procurement process for all planning services and ensuring contract compliance (general contractor / technical contractor contracts)
• Quality assurance of planner contracts and ensuring continuous documentation up to the technical contractor contract
• Continuous monitoring of the planning progress, early detection of deviations, and initiation of corrective or escalation measures
• Troubleshooting planning-related problems and providing solution proposals for the overall project team
• Resource and capacity planning for the entire planning team across all project phases

Your profile

• Degree in architecture (FH or university degree) or graduation from a higher technical school
• Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary planning teams, proven experience in strategic project management already in early phases
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss building standards, contract management (general contractor / technical contractor contracts), resource and capacity planning, model-based planning methodology (BIM)
• CAD skills, affinity for digital planning tools (e.g., BIM software, cloud-based collaboration platforms). 
• Experience in timber construction is an advantage
• Strong leadership personality and team player mentality
• High sense of responsibility and confident appearance towards internal teams, external partners, and clients
