- As a project manager, you are an important part of the extended management of the department and actively shape the future of the department - your expertise flows directly into pioneering decisions.
- The project award marks the starting signal for you! You take over the project, conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure a perfect process in AVOR.
- You keep your team, the site management, and the client on track and make sure everyone knows what is coming up – appropriately staged and to the point.
- With an eye for numbers and budget, you ensure that controlling is correct and the projects remain economical.
- You lead your assigned managers clearly and motivatingly, set goals, support, promote, and give targeted feedback. Together you achieve great things!
Your Foundation
- You feel at home on Swiss building construction sites and have already gathered a wealth of experience as a project manager or experienced site manager.
- Whether certified site manager, master builder, or civil engineer: your education at HF, FH, or university level has given you the right expertise, which you now apply in practice.
- We communicate with each other. Thanks to your pronounced communication skills and team spirit, you can clearly express your concerns on an equal footing.
- BauBit PRO, MS Project, and BIM2Field are not foreign words to you.
