The Church District One belongs to the Zurich Church Community and includes the Old Town with the churches Fraumünster, Grossmünster, St. Peter, the Wasserkirche, and the Predigerkirche. For the dedicated "Guided Tour" team, we are looking for you as of March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your Tasks
- Reception / Cash Desk
You welcome visitors to the Zurich Old Town churches, collect the information fee, provide audio guides, sell tickets for tours and concerts, and provide tourist information - Guest Supervision in the Church Space
You make the visit to Zurich's landmarks an experience - Shop
You advise and sell unique souvenirs - Other Tasks
You ensure a smooth daily routine and are responsible for cash desk accounting - You assist with events, tours, and concerts
Your Profile
- Training and experience in tourism, hospitality, sales, or a similar customer-contact profession
- Good German and English skills, at least one additional foreign language is an advantage
- Professional and courteous demeanor in the host role combined with assertiveness in demanding customer contacts
- Service-oriented personality who enjoys working in a team
- Positive attitude towards the Reformed Church
