Your contribution to our team
You work in an interdisciplinary team to increase energy efficiency in companies. The focus of your work is the management of funding programs and projects for electricity efficiency within the framework of "ProKilowatt", which we implement on behalf of the Federal Office of Energy. You join existing programs and are in direct contact with clients, implementation partners, and end customers. You actively contribute to expanding our network and further developing our services and expertise. In addition, you advise companies and other clients such as municipalities on achieving their energy and climate goals. You like to take responsibility and appreciate working in small, agile project teams.
Your skills
- University degree (FH, ETH, Uni), ideally in the field of energy technology or engineering/natural sciences
- Preferably some initial experience, ideally in the field of energy efficiency in companies, with funding programs or target agreements
- Flair and understanding of technical efficiency measures
- Flair for independent project management regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with strong initiative
- Enthusiasm for building and maintaining contacts with clients, implementation partners, and end customers
- Practical experience in the use of AI in projects is an advantage
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German, good French skills are an advantage. If you are a native French speaker, we especially look forward to your application
