To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed PMO & Business Analyst (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Headquarters as of 02.03.2026 - 29.02.2028.
Your Tasks- You support the Program Manager in defining, maintaining, and monitoring the Digital Program roadmap.
- You analyze complex business processes to identify gaps and digital optimization opportunities.
- You act as a strategic bridge, translating high-level business objectives into actionable functional requirements.
- You define and track KPIs to measure the success and value generation of digital initiatives.
- You support the Program Manager on coordinating with Product Owners and Project Manager to ensure strategic priorities are reflected in project backlogs.
- You assist in the steering of external software vendors and solution providers.
- You ensure external deliverables align with contractual scope and quality standards
- You consolidate data to prepare executive-level status reports and presentations.
- You maintain the central repository of program documentation, ensuring requirements and decisions are archived.
- You organize governance meetings, steering committees, and workshops (agenda, minutes, follow-up).
- You standardize project management processes, templates, and reporting standards across the program.
- You have a university degree in the field of Business Informatics / e-commerce / Digital Business.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, negotiate and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- You have very good knowledge of German, French and English
- You are comfortable with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have experience with Process Mapping tools and Project Management & Collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- You have knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- You are comfortable with frequent change.
