The Bioanalytical Project Scientist is a full-time position working in our Corporate Headquarters in Lincoln, NE, just south of downtown. We are currently prioritizing candidates who are local to the Lincoln, NE area.
As a Project Scientist, you will provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects of varying complexity, with some supervision and peer review. You will support associates in production and validation teams, providing guidance and technical training, as well as problem-solving and bioanalytical study management. The Molecular and Cell Biology Project Scientist will be a liaison between the technical aspects of each assay in lab and the BPI.

- Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve and/or troubleshoot.
- Perform, review, and approve data regression, in addition to data management for flow cytometry and PBMC studies.
- Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support, assisting in the technical transfer in lab of assays from method development to validation and production teams.
- Reporting of all study activities working with the BTO group.
- Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.).
- Associate's degree in a science-related field with 4 years of analytical experience preferred OR Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with 2 years of analytical experience preferred.
- 3-6 years of Celerion bench experience is preferred
- 3 or more years of previous laboratory and/or GLP knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with computers
- Excellent oral and written skills
