- Ensuring smooth processes from entry to exit.
- Focus areas: personnel administration, payroll processing, time tracking, and ensuring data quality.
- Participation in process optimization and implementation of HR systems.
What you bring:
- Commercial training.
- Completed further education in personnel or social insurance or willingness to complete corresponding further education.
- At least 2 years of HR experience in an SME.
- Very high affinity for using digital work tools such as MS Excel, Abacus, and cloud HRIS solutions.
- Independence, strong communication and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and service orientation.
- Fluent in German and French, good knowledge of English.
