Your tasks
- You support our customers in implementing their digitalization strategies and IT projects: You understand customer needs to design and conceive the most efficient solution
- You take on the professional responsibility for central applications of our customers and support them in further development.
- You solve our customers' challenges through a structured approach, identify project risks, and communicate measures; you engage with our customers and their stakeholders to clarify questions, identify problems, define measures, and make recommendations
- You conduct workshops with our customers
- You lead the entire lifecycle from business needs through analysis to solution design in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- You prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- You identify, collect, analyze business requirements and document them in the form of user stories that can be developed according to agile methodology. Typically, your field of activity is at the interface between the customer and various experts (subject matter experts, development team, etc.).
- You perform system tests and ensure the high quality of our applications
- Besides your main activity as a Business Analyst, you lead a maintenance project and coordinate the work internally and with the customer

Your profile
- Completed university degree in IT, business administration, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or management consulting (ideally in a service company)
- Excellent leadership and social skills, proven successful handling of stakeholders and experts
- Interest in project management; ideally some initial experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills are a must to respond to tenders and marketing initiatives in French and English
- Proactivity, strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Excellent analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial approach, high motivation to accompany IT solutions from idea to successful implementation
- Strong interest in strategic consulting (data or IT governance, digital strategy, IT management, audit and assessments)
- As a plus:
- Certifications: IREB, HERMES, CSPO, ISTQB or IPMA
- Experience with data modeling, BPM
- Experience in one of the following industries: energy, construction, healthcare, or public administration.
