Your Tasks
- Professional management of occupational therapy at AMEOS Klinikum Neustadt
- Cross-departmental concept development and coordination of occupational therapy
- Organization of duty and vacation schedules and substitution arrangements as well as other organizational tasks of the assigned area
- Ensuring occupational therapy processes, including: individual occupational therapy treatment, group-related treatment
- Representation of the clinic internally and externally as well as maintenance and expansion of existing cooperations and networks
- Participation in clinic management and close cooperation with other departments
Your Profile
- You have completed training/studies as an occupational therapist, employment and work therapist, or a comparable qualification and already have professional and leadership experience
- You appear empathetic, reliable, and friendly both to patients and employees of all professional groups, are a team player, and are willing to take on leadership responsibility
