• Comprehensive, needs-based advice to customers on financing issues (focus on mortgage business) as well as on investment and retirement planning topics
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Participation in market development measures and performing representative tasks
• Ensuring and supporting sales measures

• Completed banking training with further education in banking or finance
• Preferably experience in credit consulting (mortgages) with own customer portfolio
• Sales- and customer-oriented personality
• Experience in customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships
