• Resource- and goal-oriented implementation of varied and high-quality care and support of our clients at home
• Collaboration with the social environment of the clients
• Introduction to the work of the case-leading nurses (nursing assessment and nursing process management)
• Competent execution of medical-technical, logistical and administrative tasks
• Collaboration with employees, specialist departments such as Somatic Care, Memory Care, Mental Care, Home & Care and Palliative Care as well as doctors
• Insight into the work of the APNs
• Participation in case discussions with nursing experts

• Completion of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH
• You enjoy working with people of all ages and different cultures
• You have a high sense of responsibility, are independent and flexible
• Friendly and appreciative demeanour as well as physical and mental resilience
