About the job
HELP Media AG operates numerous online platforms, industry directories, and trade media for Swiss SMEs.
To support our team and especially to relieve our project manager, we are looking for an organized, communicative, and independent personality for administration, customer care, and operational support in daily business.
Your tasks
- Support of COO and management in daily business
- Processing of emails and customer inquiries
- Coordination of offers, documents, and appointments
- Maintenance of company profiles, content, and databases
- Support in customer projects and publications
- Follow-up on existing inquiries and leads
- Telephone and written contact with corporate customers
- General office and administrative tasks

Your profile
- Commercial diploma, business school, or comparable education
- Structured and reliable working style
