Job Description
Directly reporting to the financial director, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for the accounting team. The department handles all financial operations (debtors and suppliers), as well as insurance and subcontracting contracts. Overseeing this team, we are looking for a manager who will have the following operational responsibilities:
- Accounting management and supervision: closures, general accounting, consolidation, VAT management, execution of supplier payments and salary disbursements, supervision of project billing
- Financial steering: management of investments, treasury, and control of risks and financial structures (in collaboration with the financial director)
- Management: guidance and coordination of the accounting team
Qualifications
With a high sense of confidentiality, you are a thoughtful person who knows how to manage priorities. Your expertise in the accounting field, as well as your interest and understanding of project issues, position you as a trusted partner for directors and project managers.
Your analytical mind allows you to manage risks and demonstrate rigor while maintaining a critical spirit conducive to improvement ideas.
To ensure the smooth running of various operations, you are an available manager and ensure the performance of the team.
With a university degree in business economics or law, federal diploma in accounting (or equivalent), you have already managed a team and know how to cultivate a positive and efficient atmosphere.
In addition to French, you can ideally express yourself in German and/or Italian.
