- Implementation and continuous development of our security strategy in connection with third-party vendors
- Independent assessment and monitoring of security standards as well as ensuring compliance requirements are met by our suppliers
- Conducting risk analyses and security assessments in vendor security management
- Responsibility for the local GRC tool for vendor security and outsourcing projects
- Monitoring the implementation of security policies, procedures, and contractual security agreements with third-party vendors
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to identify, assess, and resolve security incidents related to third-party vendors
- Advising the organization on the selection and design of contracts regarding security requirements

Your Skills and Talents
- Completed studies in computer science, information security, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in vendor security management, information security, or IT security desired (professional experience in comparable roles welcome, including re-entrants)
- Solid knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST
- Deep understanding of data protection and security requirements, risk management in the context of supplier management
- Experience in security audits/assessments and evaluations
- Ability to interpret technical security documents and reports
- Willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development in vendor security management
- Structured working style and ability to present complex topics clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and coordinate teams
- Analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Language skills in German and English (spoken and written; business correspondence level)
