About the job
For our school island “Aloha” we are looking for a specialist in the field of social pedagogy, psychomotor skills, or an experienced teacher with a diploma. In a 40% position, you will lead the school island at the Güpf location and primarily support students in the lower grades.
The goal of the school island is to address the challenging behavior of individual students. The children are given the opportunity in this extended learning space to learn calmly and reflect on their behavior. The aim is always the social and educational reintegration into the regular class.
I enjoy working as a special education teacher at Hedingen School because difficult decisions are made together. I enjoy working as a teacher at Hedingen School because I can implement my ideas, my work is appreciated, and we have a good atmosphere. At our school, cohesion and teamwork are especially important. Appreciative communication with all involved is central to us.

Your profile:
- completed training as a therapist/social pedagogue FH/HF or as a teacher
- experience in the educational environment
- you succeed in helping children move out of their emotionality and accompany initial solution steps

- solution-oriented thinking and acting
- high resilience and flexibility
The school island is open during 39 school weeks every morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. (Wednesdays only 10:15 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.) and on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 1:45 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.
Employment is municipal according to salary category III, teacher kindergarten and primary level without SHP diploma at 40% annual salary.
