Care Specialist in the Field of Work and Experience 80-100 %

The Work and Experience area offers adults with cognitive and physical disabilities a daily structure with basal stimulation, in creative activity fields and as participation. We are looking for a committed, energetic, and cheerful team member.

Versatile activities such as work in experience rooms, basal area, musical offerings, movement, forest group, singing group, painting studio, cooking group, and creative groups
Preparation and execution of suitable daily structure and promotion opportunities corresponding to the individual abilities of the clientele
Collaboration in practical tasks such as papier-mâché, cards, cooking, baking, etc.
Design of the annual schedule and joint festive activities as well as participation in markets during the Advent season
Taking on defined tasks within the team (cash register, shopping, documentation)
Training in the field desired
Experience working with people with disabilities
Experience in the basal area is an advantage
Creativity and manual skills
Team player and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
Proficient administrative skills (MS Office, EasyDok)
Collegial working atmosphere and thorough onboarding
