Wädenswil is an attractive city on the left shore of Lake Zurich with around 25,600 inhabitants. The city administration employs about 350 staff members who provide comprehensive services to the population on a daily basis.

The Works Department is responsible for supplying residents with gas, water, and heat, as well as for the entire waste disposal service. With the establishment of the Wädenswil energy network, the energy transformation is being consistently advanced. For the Energy Services and Projects Department, we are looking for a committed individual as soon as possible or by arrangement.

In a dynamic team, you will actively help to realize the Wädenswil energy network based on lake heat and thus shape a sustainable future. Initially, you will support technical sales and later increasingly take over project management of building connections and heat transfer stations.

Your Entry – Focus on Sales

• active customer approach and consulting for private and business customers regarding district heating connections
• conducting technical and commercial discussions, creating offers and contracts
• maintaining the CRM system and contract documents
• interface coordination with internal departments, external partners, and customers
• participation in information events, customer events, and other communication activities

Your Development – Perspective Project Management
As the project progresses, you will be entrusted with the project management of building connections and heat transfer stations.

What You Bring

• a technical basic education (e.g., building technology, HVAC)
• experience in selling technical solutions, ideally in the energy or construction sector
• professional experience in the planning of building technical systems
• strong communication skills, confident appearance, reliability, and enjoyment of customer contact
• independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• interest in further development to project management of building connections
• very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• good IT skills (Office, Abacus/ISE) and a category B driving license
