Nursing Specialist HF/FH Dementia (Fürstenau) 60-100%

• You work in a manageable nursing residential group for people with dementia with varying care needs
• You organize and coordinate the diverse daily care routine and take on the daily responsibility in the department
• You conduct interprofessional rounds, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
• You involve the relatives of our residents in your primary nursing care
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the care process and are supported by the nursing experts
• You accompany and support trainees and students in the challenging nursing daily routine and in their learning situations
• You are committed to internal working groups for the further development of Thurvita

• You have a diploma recognized in Switzerland as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH and very good German skills
• Your joy in working with elderly people with dementia is noticeable every day and exactly your thing
• You apply your solid nursing expertise to the residents and show interest in professional and personal development
• You enjoy relationship work
• The nursing process is central to you and you are eager to help shape its further development
