To strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which offers our customers high-quality services in claims management, we are looking for a Case Manager 80-100% for the Bern/Basel/Zurich region.

The tasks you can expect:

• Conducting on-site discussions and clarifications within the framework of personal insurance (UVG insurance)
• Proactive contact with the various parties involved (insured persons, employers, unemployment insurance, IV, etc.) and coordination of measures in the interest of a win-win situation for all parties
• Collaborating with external partners within the framework of reintegration measures
• Accompanying and coordinating lengthy insurance cases that require support for the professional and social reintegration of the affected insured persons
• Negotiations with lawyers, unions, insured persons, and/or insurers
• Conducting visits in the context of appeals against decisions, pension revisions, or other specific inquiries
• Identifying cases of fraud

Your profile:

• Completed training as a lawyer and/or federal specialist certificate in insurance with broad legal knowledge
• CAS in Case Management would be an advantage
• Proven professional experience in the field of personal or social insurance
• Native German speaker, a second national language would be an advantage
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
