You oversee our global licensing business working in partnership with other FMCG manufacturers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
Own the end-to-end P&L for the global licensing business, taking responsibility for delivery of volume, revenue, marketing spend, OVH and Operating Income to grow this strategic part of our enterprise strategy in every BU and across every brand
Collaborate with global & local marketing teams, alongside the plc CMO, to build winning propositions that bring our brands to life in categories where we don’t manufacture
Develop and drive broad external relationships at C-level with other FMCG manufacturers, building strategic partnerships and unlocking new growth across the globe
Own our Global Licensing Policy, working with senior leadership to shape the role licensing plays in the Enterprise Strategy and bring to life global partnerships between mega brands
Lead a team based across five continents to bring global platforms and local jewels to life to support our growth in mature and emerging markets
Ensure consistent quality and safety of our products in every territory and category, demonstrating leadership across Manufacturing, R&D and Quality teams

Your Profile:
You obtained a relevant degree
You have at least 15 years of experience in commercial functions , ideally across both Sales and Marketing and prior experience of managing a P&L
Substantial and relevant experience in a senior managerial role developing business strategy and delivering first class execution across more than 1 country
You have worked closely with customers and internal stakeholders (ideally in a global matrix organization).
You have managed teams through turnaround and “good to great” situations, motivating them through change
Your primary job location will be Zurich, Switzerland with international travel to global licensing partners and occasionally to attend relevant workshops / conferences.
You are fluent in English.
