Would you like to use your commercial experience meaningfully and actively shape social issues? In our committed team, you work at the interface of social institutions and modern administration – responsibly, networked, and future-oriented.
Your tasks
- You are the contact point for social institutions and all internal and external stakeholders regarding the SEG (Law on Social Institutions). You take care of the formal application review and issue the cost coverage guarantee.
- Ensuring case documentation and data quality in the SEG specialist application is also your responsibility.
- Reviewing and coding invoices from social institutions and outpatient services is another important task.
- You contribute to quality assurance and knowledge transfer within the team and with trainees. With your proactive input, you modernize our processes and thus advance our office.
- Participation in projects rounds off this meaningful field of tasks.
Your profile
- Commercial or administrative training, ideally related to the social or health sector
- Experience in administrative case processing including application review, invoice verification, and coding
- Confident handling of specialist applications as well as a high awareness of data and documentation quality
- Independent, reliable working style as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the legal foundations of social institutions (especially SEG) or willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge is an advantage
