- Your main tasks include all services offered by public career, study and career counseling: advising young people and adults, collaborating with teachers in career choice preparation, organizing and conducting events (class and parent orientations as well as information events for vocational school classes and workshops as well as courses
- Maintaining contacts and cooperation with partner institutions
- Participation in projects and working groups
- Introducing innovations and new ideas
What distinguishes you
- Completed SBFI-recognized training in career, study and career counseling or close to completing the corresponding MAS
- High presentation and moderation skills (SVEB 1 advantageous)
- Proven counseling experience
- Strong quality and service orientation (willingness for evening assignments)
- Ideally professional experience from business or industry with a strong affinity for education and labor market topics
- Cooperative and solution-oriented attitude as well as an initiative, independent and resilient personality
- Flair for organizational and administrative tasks
