Your challenge
- Representative and discreet reception of our demanding clientele – with a sense of style, discretion, and service excellence
- Careful care and organization of the reception area including coordination of meeting rooms
- Considerate hospitality for our guests – from greeting to individual care during their stay
- Professional acceptance and forwarding of incoming calls as the first voice of our bank
- Flexible deployment two to three days a week during our opening hours (09:00 – 12:15 / 13:15 – 17:00); the schedule is communicated about two months in advance
- Taking on additional tasks such as signature checks and representing the mail service if needed
- Support at customer events and functions as part of our reception team – also on additional days
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the service sector (e.g., hospitality, reception, administration, or comparable areas)
- Professional experience at reception – ideally in international private banking or a similarly demanding discreet customer environment
- Warmth, pronounced customer orientation, and excellent manners characterize your personality
- Well-groomed, appropriate appearance for the environment and confident demeanor
- Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Very good communication skills in German and English – additional languages are a plus
- Enjoyment of personal and telephone customer contact and professional service delivery
