About the job
- You are responsible for recording services for the entire outpatient area, writing and editing medical correspondence, and organizing appointments.
- You are responsible for receiving and caring for patients, and thanks to your skill in managing patient records (Dedalus Orbis and Opale), you make a decisive contribution to efficiency in case processing.
- You help ensure a smooth process to relieve the therapeutic staff.
- As a competent contact person for internal and external offices, you provide telephone information and answer questions.
- As part of future developments, you are responsible for deriving ECGs and blood samples.
- You have training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ as well as corresponding professional experience as a medical secretary.
- Service- and customer-oriented actions and discretion are a matter of course for you.
- You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working, very good organizational skills, as well as high resilience, reliability, and flexibility.
- You are a friendly, helpful, and empathetic personality who remains calm and thoughtful in hectic situations.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) as well as very good IT user skills.
- The weekend belongs to you; you do not have to work weekend shifts with us.
