About the job
- Team leadership: You lead a team of 2 medical technicians and coordinate the daily assignments with administrative support
- Maintenance management: In cooperation with our external medical technology partner, you ensure the constant operational readiness of our medical devices and proactively plan maintenance, safety inspections (STK), and metrological controls (MTK)
- Compliance & safety: As an expert (m/f/d), you ensure strict compliance with MepV, IvDV, GPI, and MDR requirements
- Strategic planning: You advise budget managers on replacements and new acquisitions
- Interface management: You are the central contact person for all internal departments and external service partners
- Device fleet management: You are primarily responsible for maintaining the medical technology master data in our maintenance software (Waveware) and accompany the entire lifecycle of the devices from commissioning to decommissioning
- Maintenance: You support the team with inspections, maintenance, as well as safety (STK) and metrological controls (MTK) on medical devices.
- Troubleshooting: You assist the team with technical defects and provide quick on-site support if needed
- Documentation: You record all activities comprehensively in our maintenance software (Waveware)
How to become part of our team
- Qualification: Further training in medical technology or experience in medical technology maintenance or pharmaceutical sector
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in a clinical environment as well as leadership experience are advantageous
- Know-how: Solid knowledge of medical device law and ideally experience with maintenance software (Waveware)
- Personality: You are decisive, strong in communication, and keep a cool head even in critical situations
- Soft skills: Structured working method, very good documentation and reporting skills, as well as high responsibility, quality, and safety orientation
- Languages: Very good German; good English skills desirable for communication with device manufacturers
